Fig 1.1 The distribution of my first 365 posts

Since October 2010 I have published a wide variety of content on this blog. The publications stand as a testament to my passing interests and artistic work. They cover a broad and eclectic set of topics ranging from international affairs, biological science, sociology, semiotics, religion, literature, physics, film and popular culture.
I’ve worked to maintain an open and detached editorial style, highlighting ideas and art that is easily accessible.
I have never used any video, music, gif or reblogged content. Everything I have published on this blog is based on direct influences in my daily life. The majority of the content, 220 posts, is borrowed (in some part) from an external source. The minority of content, 145 posts, is original work that can’t be found anywhere else.
In my next 365 posts I hope to build on my first years progress by incorporating more original content from my friends, broadening my topical range, and improving my grammar and syntax.
