Those who know me, know that I am a fan of rap music, particularly trap artists such as Future, Young Thug, Migos, 21 Savage, and Travis Scott. While I've provided artwork for numerous rock and electronic projects, working with Trayce Chapman on his debut album "Exotic Birds" was my first time designing a rap album.

Trayce's team had come across my illustrations on Instagram and they approached me with strong artistic vision. He wanted a "Saturday morning cartoon" vibe that depicted the both the light and dark sides of drug use and addiction, and could also serve as a reference to his own experience surviving and thriving as a young black American.
